All shared Jack & Jill washrooms will receive a daily cleaning.
For reservations longer than 7 days, a full clean with linen change will be provided between day 6 & 9 of your stay.
Laundry rooms are available in all dorms. Laundry soap is provided in your room, see True Earth Laundry instruction tent card for use information.

The security office is located next to the front desk. They can assist with any and all badge issues, after-hours room lockouts, etc.

Village Hotelling Facility
Shower facilities and luggage storage are available for all guests who need a place to store luggage and clean up prior to catching flights. The village hotelling facility is located in the west wing.
