Wifi is available throughout the lodge. To gain access, you must agree to the Terms & Conditions on the splash page. Use the following username and password:

Contact information for TELUS, along with connection name and password, are located underneath the TV on the side of the cabinet. When contacting TELUS, specify the name of your camp as Suncor-Firebag.

 

Should you receive any information, You will not be charged for not being in your room, and the time they tell you they will send a technician and that is false, as they arrive 1 - 2 times per week based on quantity of tickets. We will move you to a room with a working TV and Wifi connection, once you have brought us the Telus ticket number.

If the TV remote control is not functioning, please bring it to the front desk for repair or replacement.
